Recognizing the people who make a difference

The start of a new legislative session is always an exciting time, and for me, it carries a special significance as this will be my very first session as your MLA. I’m truly honored to have this opportunity to represent our community in the House of Assembly, and I’m eager to get to work on your behalf.

One of the privileges I am looking forward to is presenting Members Statements. These statements are a chance to shine a spotlight on the remarkable people, groups, and events that make our community such a wonderful place to live. The hallmark of a strong community comes from the people within it. We are fortunate to be surrounded by individuals who contribute their time, talents, and skills to enhance the quality of our community.
As your MLA, I want to ensure these efforts and accomplishments are recognized. Members Statements provide an opportunity to publicly celebrate the positive impact of our community members in the House of Assembly. It’s a meaningful way to show appreciation and inspire others to get involved.

If you know someone who deserves recognition for their contributions or achievements, I encourage you to reach out to my office by sending an email to info@rodwilsonmla.ca. Whether it’s a local volunteer, an inspiring leader, or a young person achieving great things, I’d love to hear their story and share it with the province.

I’m looking forward to this session and the opportunity to represent you. Together, let’s continue to build a community we can all be proud of. Thank you for placing your trust in me—I’m ready to get started!
